Our Mission

The Women's Ministry at Sojourn East exists to create opportunities for women to step more fully into life with God. Through Bible Study, intentional programs and special events we hope to model what it can look like to be a part of God’s covenant community.

A Vision For Deeper Relationships

What we are doing here at sojourn east with the women's ministry is to give opportunities to taste and see what the Christian life can look like - living in deep community with one another and with the Lord; changing, growing, and stepping faithfully along the journey of life God has us on, through the joys and the sorrows, in the desert or in the city, together with the Lord moving deeper into life with Him, becoming who he created us to be.

Our Vision For This Year

What Does It Mean To Be Mentored?

This year our specific focus is on mentorship. What we want to communicate is that Every Christian is on a discipleship journey, learning from Jesus, being formed into his image. And mentorship is a tool to this end. Stepping into life together, inviting other women to speak truth into your life and being willing to do the same for others is a catalyst, and a gift as we become disciples. We invite women to explore what mentorship can look like in their own life in this current season. There will be content and resources through our Facebook page and our monthly newsletters.
