VBS 2026 is coming up on June 8-12 from 9am-noon! Grab your compass and climb aboard! This year at VBS, we’re setting sail with PROOF Pirates as we hunt for the greatest treasure of all: God’s amazing grace. The kids will discover key truths about grace using the PROOF acronym (Planned, Resurrecting, Outrageous, Overcoming, and Forever) and learn that it’s God’s grace, not our performance, that makes us who we are. VBS is open for anyone who is currently in kindergarten through fifth grade.
NEW & NOTEWORTHY EVENTS
Members and Members-in-Process,
Join us for our Spring Member Meeting on May 31 from 5-8pm. During this time, we’ll present the annual budget for member vote and share important updates from the life of our church. Childcare will be available during the meeting portion. Please register your children here if you need childcare.
After the meeting, we’ll head outside for a church-wide picnic on the lawn, complete with great food and bounce houses for the kids. We’ll provide the main course, and ask each household to bring a side dish or dessert to share. You’re also welcome to enter your dish in a fun, state-fair-style competition (judged by our Executive Pastors) for ribbons and bragging rights.
Be sure to bring chairs or blankets for your family.

The men of Sojourn East are invited to our next Connection Night, where we’ll have food, fellowship, and the opportunity to get to meet other guys in the church. This is a great space for the men of Sojourn East to deepen and expand their Christian friendships, and also to invite non-church friends into community. We will gather at Reid Olson's home (7304 Wolf Pen Branch Rd) on June 11 from 7-10pm. Please register to help us plan accordingly.
Join us on Monday, June 22 for the first of two summer nights of fun at Calypso Cove, rented out just for Sojourn Kids families! These water nights are a great opportunity to let your kids play and connect with other families in a relaxed, fun setting.
Sojourn Kids’ desire is to connect families together and help kids build lasting friendships. Family Connect Nights are a great way to live that out—creating space for kids to bond with each other and for parents to build connections within the community. Bring your swimsuits, towels, and the whole crew—we’d love to see you there! The cost is $5 per family (please register just 1 representative per family).
