Navigating foster care, adoption and the realities that come with it is a lifelong process: full of joy and sorrow, brokenness and redemption. At Sojourn East we desire to provide support for members who are engaged in adoption and foster care.
We believe that foster care and adoption are two unique ways that God gives families to vulnerable children who need to experience the security of a loving home and ultimately the love of Christ.

Adoption Fund
Our Adoption Fund offers grants to help alleviate the cost of adoption which can often be very high, with unexpected expenses.
