MS S2 Overnight

MS Overnight is an event for Middle School students designed to deepen students’ faith and discipleship through a variety of activities and teachings. The goal is to help young people connect with God and grow in their faith through a combination of worship, teaching, small group discussions, fun games, and service opportunities. 

Discipleship Focus: prioritize discipleship, emphasizing the importance of following Jesus and living a life that reflects His teachings. 

Host Homes: We will utilize host homes from volunteering S2 parents during the overnight portion of the event. We are dividing students by grade and gender for the sleep over and small group discussions. Each grade divided by gender will head out to a separate home on Friday night and head back to East on Saturday morning(leaders and host home parents will provide transportation). You will receive the address and contact information of your student host home/family upon check in on Friday Night.
*If you or your student are not comfortable with spending the night, you are more than welcome to pick them up on Friday night and drop off on Saturday morning at East for the continuation of the event. Please, just let me know via email.

Church/Community Focused: S2 leaders will lead fun games and small group discussions. The goal is to foster a sense of community and allow for more personal interaction and mentorship.

Date & Time: April 25-26. The event starts @6:30PM at Sojourn East on Friday and it ends at 3PM on Saturday. Drop-off & Pick-up at Sojourn East.

Check-in: A parent must walk in through the main entrance upon arrival in order to check-in student(s). There will be a check-in table in the Atrium area.

Registration Cost: $20 per student. It covers the cost for dinner and lunch meals. 

Packing: A change of clothes, athletic clothing, sleeping bag and pillow, personal hygiene products, any personal medication (please, indicate this in the consent form), notebook, pen, Bible.

Registration will close on April 23.
