Hope for the Journey

Are you a current or prospective foster or adoptive parent, caregiver, family member or educator who is interested in learning more about caring for kids who have experienced trauma? This conference is for you! We know that the adoption journey does not end on the day a child is welcomed home; in fact, the journey is just beginning. Children impacted by adoption and/or foster care have often experienced early attachment injuries related to loss, abuse, trauma, and/or neglect. There is hope and help, though.

Show Hope’s Hope for the Journey Conference (formerly the Empowered to Connect Conference) seeks to encourage and better equip parents and caregivers meeting the everyday needs of children impacted by adoption and/or foster care.

Sojourn East will be hosting this simulcast in person. We will break up the content over 5 Sunday nights.
